PURPOSE
Identify and encourage qualified youths with potential for postsecondary level education to complete high school and enroll in a program of postsecondary education, publicize the availability of student financial aid assistance for persons who seek to pursue postsecondary education, and encourage persons who have not completed education programs at the secondary or postsecondary level, but who have the ability to do so, to re-enter these programs. |
