FEDERAL AID INFO FOR 2013-2014
Please read this information carefully as you prepare for the 2013-2014 academic year.

STUDENT AID REQUIREMENTS FOR 2012-2013

You are strongly encouraged to use the IRS Data Retrieval process when completing the 2013-2014 FAFSA. New federal regulations require that students/parents who are selected for verification and have not used the IRS Data Retrieval process when completing the FAFSA must provide the financial aid office with a TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPT (NOT a tax return). You must request a Tax Return Transcript from the IRS at 1-800-908-9946 or go the IRS website at www.irs.gov.

Effective with the 2012-2013 academic year, Pell grants WILL NOT be available for Ability to Benefit (ATB) students.  Students are required to have a GED or Standard, Advanced, or Credit-Based High School Diploma.

Effective with the 2012-2013 academic year, Pell grant eligibility will end after 12 semesters (or equivalent) of full time paid Pell in your lifetime. All prior Pell payments will be considered.
