Official high school transcripts must be sent to Admissions through Parchment by the high school counselors or as an official pdf to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. If you did not graduate from high school but obtained your GED, the official score report or a copy of the diploma may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
NW-SCC Transcript Request
Are you needing to request your Northwest-Shoals Community (NW-SCC) transcript be sent to another college or university? NW-SCC has retained Parchment Transcript Services to accept transcript orders over the Internet. Please click on the appropriate option below to enter your order.
Official transcripts are available through OneACCS. Current NW-SCC students (active students and those enrolled for 18 or more months) will be able to conveniently order, send and track transcript orders directly through the OneACCS student portal (MY NW-SCC).
Current Student Steps for ordering an official transcript:
- Log into your OneACCS Account (with your A# and password)
- Select Student Tab
- Select Student Records
- Select Order Official Transcript (follow on-screen directions)
- Select Begin Order and follow instructions on the screen.
Unofficial transcript requests may also be made through OneACCS. In order to obtain an unofficial transcript, please select that option after selecting Student Records.
No NW-SCC ID/email and password are required. This option is for former students who have not been enrolled for 18 or more months.
