2025 1098-T Information
Northwest Shoals Community College (NWSCC) student 2025 1098-T information is now available to download from the Heartland ECSI website. Students can contact Heartland ECSI directly to obtain copies of their 1098-T or download a copy from their My-NWSCC portal. Forms will also be mailed to the address on file.
The customer service 1098-T number is 1-866-428-1098. Customer Advocates are available Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Students can retrieve general information about their 1098-T or 1098-E tax document using their automated service that is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
