The Cashier’s Office is located in Victor P. Poole Administration Building (100) on the Shoals Campus, and in the Wallace Administration Building (301) on the Phil Campbell campus.
NWSCC Payment Plan
What does this plan do for YOU?
Enrolling in a payment plan allows you to make an initial down payment for qualified charges for the current term and spread the remainder over equal installments, depending on your month of enrollment.
Ready to apply?
Application MUST be submitted online:
- Login to your NWSCC Student Portal
- Click on the Student Tab
- Click on ‘Student Landing Page’
- Click ‘Make a Payment, Deposits and Payment Plans’
- Click on ‘Enroll in a Payment Plan.
- Select term Fall 2026
- Review Eligible Charges, Financial Aid, Total due now, and the
installment dates. Click ‘Continue’. - Enter credit/debit card information to pay the amount due now, and click
‘Continue’ - Review and accept your financial agreement. Click on box ‘I agree to
the terms and conditions’ payment plan.
Please be sure to check your student email frequently; TouchNet will send
email updates notifying you of deadlines, changes to your account, etc.
Fall 2026 Payment Plan
July Enrollment (July 1 – July 31)
- 1st Installment Due – August 20, 2026
- 30% down payment + $40 enrollment fee
- 2 equal installments for remainder
August Enrollment (August 1 – August 25)
- 1st Installment Due – September 20, 2026
- 50% down payment + $40 enrollment fee
- 1 installment for remainder
