The Next Steps Program supports youth ages 16-24 who want to move forward with school, training, or work while providing workforce bonuses and supportive services along the way. The program helps participants explore their options, build skills, and accomplish their goals. Through WIOA funding, Next Steps is able to make an impact on at-risk youth and provide them with the education and training they need to set goals, succeed in the labor market, and accomplish the goals they set for themselves.
