MUSCLE SHOALS & PHIL CAMPBELL, ALA. — Due to the threat of severe weather this afternoon and tonight, Northwest-Shoals Community College will close the Phil Campbell and Shoals campuses at 2 P.M. today, Monday, August 30th.
