MUSCLE SHOALS & PHIL CAMPBELL, ALA. — Northwest Shoals Community College (NWSCC) will partner in the virtual Upwards Career and Training Fair beginning tomorrow (7/14) at 1 p.m. The emphasis on the fair is to assist dislocated workers with in-demand job openings and training opportunities.
Tuesday’s session (7/14) is from 1 to 4 p.m.; Wednesday (7/15) is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8 p.m.; Thursday’s session (7/16) is from 9 a.m. to noon.
There is no cost for job seekers and registration is available at www.upwardsalabama.com, which is also where the event will be held. The virtual event is for residents and employers located in Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marion, Marshall, Morgan and Winston counties.
This is a cooperative effort between North Alabama Works and all the Chambers of Commerce in North Alabama.
