MUSCLE SHOALS & PHIL CAMPBELL, ALA. — Due to the threat of icy road conditions and out of an abundance of caution, Northwest-Shoals Community College will delay opening tomorrow, February 1st, until 9:30 a.m. for the Phil Campbell and Shoals campuses.
