A Refund Selection Kit (green envelope) will be mailed to all first time students to the address on file with NW-SCC.
NOTE: Even if you do not expect a refund from NW-SCC, you may receive one in the future for many reasons (i.e., a cancelled class, dropped class, scholarships, etc.). Please go online and make your refund selection preference.
When you receive this kit (green envelope in the mail), follow these simple steps:
- Visit NWSCCOne.com and click ‘Get Started.’
- Locate your Personal Code found inside the envelope to select your refund preference. *Hint, it will look something like: ABCD-1234-5678*
- Select how you’d like to receive your money
- Complete your profile. On the next screen, you will enter your email and create a password – a gauge will pop up while creating your password and you must reach 100% for the password to be valid.
After your password, you will enter your Date of Birth in the format YYYYMMDD. Example: If your birthday is October 31, 1997, you would enter 19971031.

Why am I receiving a mailer from BankMobile?
In order for NW-SCC to be able to disburse financial aid awards and/or process refunds for enrollment fees paid by cash, check, or credit card in person at the campus, NW-SCC has partnered with BankMobile to facilitate refunds and disbursements. The mailer is used to select a refund preference.
What happens if I don’t log in and select a refund/disbursement preference?
It is important that you select your refund preference as soon as you receive the mailer so that you do not have to wait on your money. If you do not log in and select a refund/disbursement preference, BankMobile will mail a paper check to you no sooner than 21 days after your refund is disbursed.
How long will it take to receive my funds once I have selected my preferred refund method?
Once the college has disbursed your financial funds or your refund, BankMobile will distribute your funds as follows:
DEPOSIT TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT – Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from our school. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE CHECKING ACCOUNT – If you open a BankMobile Vibe checking account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from our school.
What if I don’t receive the BankMobile mailer?
The BankMobile mailer is mailed to the mailing address on file with admissions. If you did not receive the mailer, please verify your current mailing address with the Cashier. If you are a returning student, you will NOT receive a BankMobile mailer. If your card is expired or you no longer have it, please contact the Cashier to order a new one.
What if I lost my card or need a replacement?
Contact the Cashier by phone, e-mail, or in person to get a new card sent to you.
