Welcome to the PARC!

The Patriot Advocacy and Resource Center (PARC) at Northwest Shoals is committed to supporting students as they navigate challenges and overcome barriers that may impact their educational journey. PARC serves as a point of connection for students seeking guidance, referrals, and access to available resources that support student success.

Currently, PARC is being reimagined to ensure sustainability and alignment with campus and community support services. During this period, the College remains committed to identifying effective ways to connect students on the Phil Campbell and Shoals campuses with appropriate assistance and support options.

Examples of what PARC can currently provide include:

  • Student advocacy and referral support for basic needs
  • Connection to campus and community resources
  • Guidance on navigating college support services

Students who may need support are encouraged to complete the form below so our team can better understand current needs and provide follow-up, referrals, or next steps as available.
