Important Email Notice for Current and New Students
To log into your student email account and access or download Office365 apps, you will need to complete the password reset for your new myNW-SCC (Ellucian Banner) account first. See instructions on the myNW-SCC site on resetting your password. If you have already reset your password for your new myNW-SCC account, you should be able to log into your email using the same login information that you use for your myNW-SCC account.
If you are not able to log in, please complete the Login Assistance Form linked below, and we will assist you with your account.
If you have trouble accessing your email, please complete the Login Assistance Form. We should be able to respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
Note: NW-SCC Employees may use the same link above to access their email.
Students have access to download Office365 for free through their student email accounts. If you are downloading Office365 for the first time, log into your student email, click on the grid icon at the top left from your email Inbox and then on Office365. You should then see the option to Install Office. (See screenshots below.)
Step 1 – Log into your Email
Step 2 – Click the App Launcher (grid) icon
Step 3 – Click Office 365 on the menu
Step 4 – Click the Install Office button and follow the prompts to run and install the programs. (Note that it may take 15-20 minutes to install depending on your Internet connection.)
You can also download the Outlook app from the Apple or Google Play store for quick access to your email on your mobile devices.
